How do I pay for my product/s? TOP
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via Paypal. We will accept some COD orders, however; COD orders are to be paid via Bank Cashiers Check, or Money Order only. Distributors may receive qty rate pricing by calling 866.573.1658. Overseas customers please note: Due to the vast amount of fraudulent activity with Credit Cards, we cannot accept Credit Card purchases towards any desired purchase/s, without some means of verifying that the account number you are intending to use is indeed a valid account, under your name persoanl/company, and not a stolen identity.  Please see terms! 

How will my product ship after I order it? TOP
Ameriflo's preferred choice of shipping is via UPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer. If a carrier besides UPS is requested, it may be necessary for Ameriflo to insist on additional shipping fees to ship desired product to your locale. NDA (Next Day Air) delivery (via UPS) along with Second Day Blue (via UPS) are available for most products for an additional charge. If these services are not readily available per this delivery scheme, you shall be notified at the time of order confirmation. Ameriflo must receive orders prior to 10:00 A.M. the date of the order when considering the use of this service. Note: Not all orders as placed before 10:00 A.M. are available for NDA, or Second Day Air delivery. We will try as best we can to process, and ship, all web orders as quickly as we can, however; it is not uncommon from time to time for situations to arise that might hinder those attempts. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped and billed UPS Blue Label. International shipments will be billed at FedEx International shipping rates. Again, the bulk delivery of our product is set to ship UPS ground within the continental United States.  Ameriflo does NOT ship to P.O. When will my product Ship? TOP
We typically ship Monday thru Friday (5 days a week) with the exception of National Holidays. All orders received on a Friday, will process the following Monday. We try to see that all orders are shipped as expediently as possible, however; in the case/s whereby an order consists of qty's from 1-10 pieces, may require several weeks to manufacture and ship.  Ameriflo makes all product to order, as we do not inventory product due to the variety of requests.  Custom color requests, and or where non-specific info is to be applied to the product, may require additional time to prepare and ship! 

What is our return policy? TOP
Ameriflo extends a 14-day no-hassle return policy. You may order any product, review the product, and if you are not fully satisfied, simply return it for a refund, with the exception being against custom made orders, i.e., custom logo, color, and or laser etched info to your product, and or non standard design implementations made to the product of which are not typical per normal use, and or sale to another company for implied use.  Special Note: The colors Blue, Red, and Black are custom colors, and are not subject to return, if product was shipped in accordance with the P/N as ordered. The returned product will not be accepted if it appears to have been used, or is not received back in the alike condition it was originally shipped out in. Upon our acceptance thereof, all items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. At which time you deem it is necessary to return an item to us for replacement, and or refund, please contact us at 866.573.1658 for a RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization #), repackage the product so as to assure sae shipment/handling, and ship to Ameriflo Corp, 435 Gradle Drive, Carmel, IN 46032. Please, legibly write the RGA# on the outside of the box, and include a copy of your sales order, and packing slip inside the box. You must call in advance for an RGA# before sending any item back to Ameriflo Corp. NO packages will be accepted without an RGA# assigned to the outside of the box, and will subsequently be denied acceptance upon arrival to our dock, and returned to sender. Please note that all merchandise must be received in excellent condition, must be placed back in the original manufacturer's labeled package, must be enclosed within a transport acceptable shipping carton, and must include all packaging material, and warranty cards accordingly. Any merchandise received failing to abide by the aforementioned, is subject to denial of receipt at Ameriflo's dock, and will be sent back at return parties expense, per both routes to and from.

What if the product is out of stock when I place my order? TOP
As much as we try as best we can at Ameriflo Corp, to have readily available stock of all products as ordered from Ameriflo, there will be times that we fall victim to circumstances beyond our immediate control, and of which will thwart those attempts. Should you place an order for an item that is currently out of stock you will be contacted as such by our customer service department either by e-mail, or phone, accordingly. At that time we shall offer you the option to cancel your order, or to wait for that particular product/s to become available. As such, the product/s will be marked as backordered on your invoice, and will be shipped just as soon as they become available. You have the option to cancel any backordered item at any time by calling us @ 866.573.1658, or via e-mail. Special Note: Cancellations are not honored against special/custom made to order, and or with custom (laser etched) related products.

What if the product is damaged when I receive it? TOP
At which time a package arrives on your dock and shows signs of damage, please inspect the content of the package for damage, and or any other signs of abuse as indicative of mishandling, or negligence by the shipping entity. While our preferred shipper makes every effort to assure that your product is received unharmed, there is always a chance for an isolated incident to occur. In the event this is the case, and a delivery is received damaged, and or the merchandise is damaged or missing, please retain the shipment in its received carton/box, and proceed as follows: Contact your local UPS office, and ask to speak with the damage control department. Ask that they return this delivery to Ameriflo Corp. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may impede your reorder, or any credit as might be due. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Control Tag number issued to you by UPS, and we will arrange for a reorder, or will issue you a credit in accordance.

What if the product doesn't work? TOP
Should you receive any defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department 8:00 am to 5:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday, at 866.573.1658. Please have your invoice number ready when calling.

How do I cancel an order after it has been placed? TOP
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment, and receive a full refund within two weeks of order date placement. If you desire to cancel an order which has not been shipped, and is still within the assigned two week period, please call the Customer Service Department from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM CST, Monday thru Friday, at 866.573.1658. We will then advise you of the status to your order, and if it has not shipped, you may cancel it accordingly. If the product has already been shipped, and is still within the two week cancellation window, and you still wish to cancel your order, it will be your responsibility to pay all associated shipping and restocking charges. Note: Cancellations do not apply for custom related orders!

What is our Warranty? TOP
Ameriflo is a direct OEM/distributor, and assures to you that every order as received is made to your specifications. All product is made from raw material in the door, to finished goods back out the door. Hence, everything we sell is brand new, and has complied with all related quality efforts to assure that our customers receive only the highest level of quality with their order/s. Please keep in mind that all the parts used in the assembly of our products are mechanical, they are susceptible to breakage from time to time. As such, we have assigned our Limited Warranty for your protection, as is defined on the back of our Product COC (Certificate of Conformance) as included with every shipment of product that leaves our door. All warranty service and/ or repairs are performed at the sole discretion of Ameriflo Corp. Any item/s requiring authorized repair, or replacement, shall be sent back to Ameriflo Corp, at the customers sole expense. Any item deemed damaged through transit, will be replaced in accordance with that damage only, at no cost to the customer. All warranty items as repaired will be returned back to the customer at their expense. Special Note: Since there is occasion where one might elect to return product which is no longer covered under our Warranty, there is specific charges/costs related with Non-Warranty (covered) returns, and you may e-mail us per the "contact us" page, and or call 866.573.1658, in order to gather a list of those affiliated charges.

What other general information can you give me? TOP

Purchaser, when you place an order, this in turn reflects your intent to purchase said product pursuant to the terms, and conditions as set forth herein, which offer, (when accepted by Ameriflo Corp) our acceptance under the associated laws implied within the State of Indiana, and Purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Indiana, and agrees that the laws of the State of Indiana shall apply to your purchase, any dispute relating against, to, and or with Ameriflo Corp. Ameriflo Corp, makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied as such by law. Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination. Ameriflo Corp. is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from Ameriflo Corp. Ameriflo Corps sole responsibility (if any) in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the pecuniary value of the merchandise as purchased.

What if I find an error on your website? TOP
This website is intended to be a guide tool only. Some items illustrated are for demonstrational/prop purposes only, and are not necessarily included in the purchase price. Specifications may change without notice. All items offered for sale are subject to availability. Some items on our website may come from a variety of sources. Ameriflo Corp is, and therefore, bound to the interrelated and fluctuating currency exchange rates, thus making it necessary for Ameriflo to increase our prices accordingly. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product without our prior notice. Should this apply to your order, we will notify you immediately. We shall always structure our efforts to provide you with product at the most reasonable price point, as fortified with the highest level of quality for the price. While we have tried our utmost best to provide you with a quality website, for your ease if use, and accessibility, there is always that that hidden risk that a mistake, or oversight has occurred. Do I need a prescription to purchase Ameriflo products? TOP
FDA regulations require a perscription when ordering various medical related products.  As such, there may be occasion whereby Ameriflo cannot accept a particular order at any given time.  When such is the case, we will contact you back, and advise you following receipt of your order.

Does Ameriflo Pay Shipping? TOP
Regrettably, Ameriflo must pass all related Shipping and Handling charges on to the consumer.  We hope that you can apprecaite our postion with this particularity, as much as we do the opportunity to serve you!      

What is a Custom Made Order? TOP
A custom made order is an order which when placed requires customer specific information, such as, but not limited to a logo, customer specific operating info laser etched to the product, and or incorpoarte the colors of Blue, Red, or Black.
